The objective of the Product is to outperform the MSCI EMU Index on the recommended minimum investment period of five(5) years. Investors' attention is drawn to the fact that the management style is discretionary. Companies are selected according to an SRI approach in the Eurozone for the quality of their economic fundamentals and for the quality of their corporate responsibility through the systematic integration of environmental, social/societal and governance (ESG) criteria into the analysis. The investment policy is based on active management and consists of selecting shares of companies considered by the Management Company to be global or regional leaders, based on their fundamental qualities (fundamental analysis taking into account, for example, growth prospects, attractive valuations, etc.). The Fund's investment policy is based on active management of conviction using a Quality GARP and SRI approach. The investment process and the selection of all stocks in the portfolio take into account an internal assessment of corporate responsibility (shareholder, social, societal and environmental responsibility) based on a proprietary financial analysis model. A limitation of the rating process is the reliability of published data, which relies on the credibility and auditing of companies' extra-financial reporting. The Management Company implements a 'best in universe' approach aimed at selecting the best-rated issuers from an extra-financial point of view in their investment universe, regardless of their sector of activity, resulting in a reduction of the initial universe by at least 30%. Extra-financial analysis is carried out on at least 90% of the issuers in the portfolio.
