To provide a capital return to investors by investing primarily in global equity securities. The Sub-Fund will primarily invest its assets (excluding cash and cash equivalents) in equity and equity linked securities issued by companies listed around the world (including emerging markets for up to 20% of its net assets). The Sub-Fund focuses on fundamental, bottom-up analysis with a valuation discipline when selecting companies for investment. The Investment Manager conducts thorough analysis of business models and transition plans to select carbon intensive companies for investment. Through engagement, the Investment Manager seeks to influence investee companies to improve on their transition plans and to accelerate those plans where appropriate. The Sub-Fund is actively managed and uses the MSCI AC World Net TR index for performance comparison purpose only. The deviation of the portfolio composition of the Sub-Fund from that of the comparator can be material.
