Chahine Funds - Equity Europe Flex - R EUR ACC Fonds

The objective of the Sub-Fund is to invest the funds available to it in the Class M of the Master Fund. The Sub-Fund will normally implement hedging or portfolio protection strategies in order to manage its overall market exposure, however, such strategies may not be applied at all times and their nature and extent will vary depending on market conditions. The Sub-Fund is permanently invested in the Class 'M' of the Master-Fund for at least 85% of its net assets, and the rest in Cash and derivatives. The Sub-Fund also has a hedging or portfolio protection strategies in place aiming to adjust partially or entirely its exposure to market risk. The resulting underlying equity exposure will be maintained between 0% and 100% depending on the cyclical context in Europe according to the Investment Manager's proprietary Economic Momentum Indicator. The aim of this dynamic equity exposure is to limit the drawdown of the Sub-Fund in environments judged to be contracyclical while still taking advantage from rising equity markets in environments considered as pro-cyclical.
