December 2010 monthly figures: 672,874 orders executed in the B2C business line
Quickborn. At the end of December, the total number of customers in the comdirect group stood at 2,296,075 (November: 2,278,637). The number of custody accounts amounted to 1,482,023 (November: 1,475,835) and total assets under custody totalled EUR 42.54bn in December (November: EUR 40.82bn).
In the B2C business line (comdirect bank), 672,874 securities orders were executed (November: 762,323). The number of customers in December stood at 1,559,021 (November: 1,543,882). At the end of December, the number of custody accounts amounted to 748,151 (November: 743,543). The number of current accounts rose to 647,048 (November: 634,699) and the number of Tagesgeld PLUS ("call money plus") accounts climbed to 1,130,998 (November: 1,114,201). Assets under custody in December amounted to EUR 26.32bn (November: EUR 25.56bn). Of this figure, EUR 16.11bn is attributable to portfolio volume (November: EUR 15.54bn) and EUR 10.21bn to deposit volume (November: EUR 10.03bn).
In the B2B business line (ebase) the number of customers stood at 737,054 in December (November: 734,755). Assets under custody in December amounted to EUR 16.22bn (November: EUR 15.26bn).
