July 2010 monthly figures: 557,527 orders executed in the B2C business line
Quickborn. At the end of July, the total number of customers in the comdirect group stood at 2,176,509 (June: 2,162,819). The number of custody accounts amounted to 1,416,715 (June: 1,414,035) and total assets under custody totalled EUR 37.79bn in July (June: EUR 37.47bn).
In the B2C business line (comdirect bank), 557,527 securities orders were executed (June: 596,984). The number of customers in July stood at 1,489,031 (June: 1,475,951). At the end of July, the number of custody accounts amounted to 729,237 (June: 727,167). The number of current accounts rose to 594,163 (June: 583,613) and the number of Tagesgeld PLUS ("call money plus") accounts climbed to 1,046,592 (June: 1,030,591). Assets under custody in July amounted to EUR 24.21bn (June: EUR 23.79bn). Of this figure, EUR 14.24bn is attributable to portfolio volume (June: EUR 13.94bn) and EUR 9.97bn to deposit volume (June: EUR 9.85bn).
In the B2B business line (ebase) custody accounts were held for 687,478 customers in July (June: 686,868). Assets under custody in July amounted to EUR 13.58bn (June: EUR 13.68bn).
