May monthly figures: 809,026 orders executed in the B2C business line
Quickborn. At the end of May, the total number of customers in the comdirect group stood at 2,155,185 (April: 2,147,472). The number of custody accounts amounted to 1,412,537 (April: 1,411,212) and total assets under custody totalled EUR 37.42bn in May (April: EUR 38.15bn).
In the B2C business line (comdirect bank), 809,026 securities orders were executed (April: 658,284). The number of customers in May stood at 1,468,484 (April: 1,460,122). At the end of May, the number of custody accounts amounted to 725,836 (April: 723,862). The number of current accounts rose to 574,104 (April: 566,515) and the number of Tagesgeld PLUS ("call money plus") accounts climbed to 1,015,167 (April: 1,002,082). Assets under custody in May amounted to EUR 23.69bn (April: EUR 23.94bn). Of this figure, EUR 13.93bn is attributable to portfolio volume (April: EUR 14.36bn) and EUR 9.77bn to deposit volume (April: EUR 9.58bn).
In the B2B business line (ebase) custody accounts were held for 686,701 customers in May (April: 687,350). Assets under custody in May amounted to EUR 13.73bn (April: EUR 14.21bn).
