Quickborn. The comdirect group executed 1,081,338 securities orders in September. In August, this figure stood at 1,358,158. At the end of September, the total number of customers stood at 2,145,014 (August: 2,146,348); the number of custody accounts amounted to 1,420,088 (August: 1,421,225). Total assets under custody totalled EUR 34.51bn in September (August: EUR 34.02bn).
In the B2C business line (comdirect bank), 637,127 securities orders were executed (August: 616,834). The number of customers in September stood at 1,441,101 (August: 1,440,120). At the end of September, the number of custody accounts amounted to 716,175 (August: 714,997). The number of current accounts rose to 513,227 (August: 507,478) and the number of Tagesgeld PLUS ("call money plus") accounts climbed to 941,901 (August: 938,326). The number of customers in the advisory subsidiary, comdirect private finance, rose to 52,764 (August: 52,171). Assets under custody in September amounted to EUR 21.68bn (August: EUR 21.47bn). Of this figure, EUR 12.51bn is attributable to portfolio volume (August: EUR 11.96bn) and EUR 9.18bn to deposit volume (August: EUR 9.50bn).
In the B2B business line (ebase), 444,211 securities orders were executed (August: 741,324). In September, custody accounts were held for 703,913 customers (August: 706,228). Assets under custody in September amounted to EUR 12.82bn (August: EUR 12.56bn).
