CORRECTION of notification of voting rights as of Feb 6, 2012

Uns wurde am 6. Februar 2012 nach § 21 Abs. 1 WpHG Folgendes mitgeteilt:

Notification of voting rights pursuant to sec. 21, para. 1 WpHG


1) Schroders Plc., London, United Kingdom, notifies pursuant to sec. 21,
para. 1 WpHG that its holding of voting rights in SFC Energy AG, Brunnthal,
Germany (ISIN DE0007568578) fell below the 3% threshold due to a disposal
of shares and amounted to 2.99% (equivalent to 224,119 voting rights of
7,502,887 total voting rights) on 1 February 2012. These voting rights in
the amount of 2.99% (equivalent to 224,119 voting rights) are in their
entirety attributable to Schroders Plc. pursuant to sec. 22, para. 1, sent.
1, no. 6 WpHG in connection with sec. 22, para. 1, sent. 2 WpHG.

2) Schroder Administration Ltd., London, United Kingdom, notifies pursuant
to sec. 21, para. 1 WpHG that its holding of voting rights in SFC Energy
AG, Brunnthal, Germany (ISIN DE0007568578) fell below the 3% threshold due
to a disposal of shares and amounted to 2.99% (equivalent to 224,119 voting
rights of 7,502,887 total voting rights) on 1 February 2012. These voting
rights in the amount of 2.99% (equivalent to 224,119 voting rights) are in
their entirety attributable to Schroder Administration Ltd. pursuant to
sec. 22, para. 1, sent. 1, no. 6 WpHG in connection with sec. 22, para. 1,
sent. 2 WpHG.

3) Schroders Investment Management Ltd., London, United Kingdom, notifies
pursuant to with sec. 21, para. 1 WpHG that its holding of voting rights in
SFC Energy AG, Brunnthal, Germany (ISIN DE0007568578) fell below the 3%
threshold due to a disposal of shares and amounted to 2.99% (equivalent to
224,119 voting rights of 7,502,887 total voting rights) on 1 February 2012.
These voting rights in the amount of 2.99% (equivalent to 224,119 voting
rights) are in their entirety attributable to Schroder Investment
Management Ltd. pursuant to sec. 22, para. 1, sent. 1, no. 6 WpHG.
