Declarations of Compliance
Every year, comdirect bank declares whether it complied/complies with the recommendations and suggestions of the Government Commission for the German Corporate Governance Code. Recommendations and suggestions that are not applied are indicated in the Declaration of Compliance with the German Corporate Governance Code (comply-or-explain approach).
