IPO

The initial public offering comprised 28,100,000 no-par value bearer shares in total. Of these, 20,500,000 no-par value bearer shares came from the May 2000 capital increase. Another 5,000,000 no-par value bearer shares came from the portfolio of Commerzbank AG, as the company's previous shareholder, plus another maximum amount of 2,600,000 no-par value bearer shares in the form of a greenshoe option from the portfolio of Commerzbank AG, as the company's previous shareholder.
